Shipping Policy
1. Delivery time
All orders are sent the day after ordering if possible - normally you will have the goods at your home within 1-14 working days.
2. Shipping and charges
Everything is sent directly in Norway with no fees and no customs.
3. Payment
We use Vipps and Klarna Checkout as payment solutions. At Klarna Checkout you can either pay by credit card (VISA and Mastercard) or by invoice. You can also pay with VIP.
4. Customer info
Information you give us will not be passed on, it will only be available to people associated with Moes Beste Muhammed Wahdi. You can request that information about you be deleted at any time.
5. Communication
Since the creation of a user account with us is considered an ongoing contractual relationship and an active user account as an existing customer relationship, we will, in accordance with the Marketing Act §15, third paragraph, market to, and communicate with, active users of our service.
The communication can take place, among other things, to given telephone numbers, e-mail addresses, addresses or as notifications through the app. We encourage you to read our privacy policy for more information.
Return Policy:
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

Do you want to return an item?
To perform a return, do the following:
- contact us via email address: return@bazari.no
- Enter only your address without street number
- Return costs DKK 100.
- If you received your item in a larger box and only return part of your order, you can use a plastic bag or similar instead of the whole box.
Unclaimed packages
Unclaimed packages will be charged NOK 100, you must therefore collect your item even if you wish to return it.
Common questions:
When will I get my money back for my return?
The refund will be completed a few days after the item has been registered in our warehouse. This usually takes 1-2 weeks from when your return is sent. In some cases, it can take up to 3 weeks in case of high demand or holiday periods.
What do I do if I have chosen invoice as the payment method?
If you have chosen invoice, log into your Klarna account via the link here and register that you have sent a return. Klarna will then freeze your invoice until the return has been processed. If you do not do this, you must pay your invoice in full by the due date and await a refund.
Does it cost anything to return/exchange?
If you return parts of your order, it costs NOK 100 to return your item(s).
If you return your entire order, it costs NOK 100 per return shipment. If you have chosen invoice, you will then receive an updated invoice where the return goods have been deducted and the return tax added. If you have paid in advance, you will be refunded the purchase price of the returned item(s), minus the return shipping fee.
