1. Delivery time
All orders are sent the day after ordering if possible - normally you will have the goods at your home within 1-3 working days.
2. Shipping and charges
Always free shipping on orders over NOK 800. Everything is sent directly from Norway with no fees and no customs.

4. Customer info
Information you give us will not be passed on, it will only be available to people associated with Netthandelsgruppen AS. You can request that information about you be deleted at any time.
Since the creation of a user account with us is considered an ongoing contractual relationship and an active user account as an existing customer relationship, we will, in accordance with the Marketing Act #15, third paragraph, market to, and communicate with, active users of our service.
User's other duties
When you create a user account, you undertake to:
Provide correct and complete user information.
Ensure that the user information is yours and/or that you have the right to act - including entering into binding agreements - on behalf of - the person or entity you register or act for.
Update user information if it changes. If you provide incorrect information, or BAZARI.no suspects that you have provided incorrect information, we reserve the right to deny you access to the service, change or delete content and/or cancel or withhold orders.

6. Age limit
If you are a minor, the agreement must be approved by your guardian. A binding purchase agreement can only be entered into with persons over the age of 15.
Credit purchases can only be made with persons over 18 years of age.

- About our prices and our range
All prices stated are inclusive of value added tax. For online purchases, the total cost, including delivery costs, is shown before the order has been completed.
- Reservation of errors
The seller reserves the right to write errors, technical errors, price changes and out-of-stock items. The content of the website can be changed by the seller without prior notice.
- Cancellation of orders
If resale is suspected, the seller reserves the right to cancel the order. Suspicion may arise with orders of large quantities or multiple orders of the same product. Unlawful resale of goods supplied by the seller constitutes an infringement of the manufacturer's intellectual property rights.
BAZARI.no and all content included in the service are made available "as is" and without any form of guarantee or assured properties. We reserve the right, at any time, at our sole discretion, to discontinue and/or change the service or functionality, in whole or in part.
We strive to give our customers as correct information about our products as possible. However, we reserve the right that typing/printing errors may occur, which may mean that we cannot deliver according to information provided in our online store or other marketing. If this occurs, the buyer has the right to cancel the order.
For goods that are sold with a sales discount or in connection with a campaign, the sales conditions specified in more detail apply. Any sales conditions are stated on the product's detail page. Sales and promotions apply until the stated end date or while stocks last. We reserve the right to limit the number of sales of an item or combination of offers, in connection with a campaign, to the same person within a period of time.

You yourself are responsible for the content of your user account and on your profile and also for the consequences of posting or publishing user content. You agree that we only act as an intermediary for your and other users' distribution and publication of content.
BAZARI.no may contain links to third-party websites, advertisers, services, etc. BAZARI.no has no responsibility for content, services or products offered or made available on such websites.
9. Force majeure
Is BAZARI.no prevented from delivering or making mandatory redelivery or such a delivery obligation becomes unreasonably burdensome as a result of a labor dispute or any other circumstance when the parties cannot control it such as extreme weather, fire, war, mobilization or unforeseen military calls of similar scope, requisition, seizure, currency restrictions, riots and riots, shortage of means of transport, general shortage of goods, reduction in the supply of motive power, as well as deficiencies in or delays in deliveries from subcontractors or manufacturers as a result of such circumstances as are dealt with in this clause, are BAZARI.no exempt from all liability other than in cases of complaint and credit it to the corresponding purchase price of the defective item.

It is not permitted to use our name, logos, screenshots or images in a manner that is likely to confuse or imply sponsorship, endorsement or association without permission.
All content on these websites is BAZARI.no or a subcontractor of the said property and is protected according to, among other things, copyright, marketing and trademark laws. This means that trademarks, company names, product names, information about products, including e.g. recipes with pictures, description of the products and weight, pictures/graphics, design, typography and layout and other content on these websites may under no circumstances be downloaded, copied or used in any other way without this being explicitly permitted by mandatory legislation or by express prior written consent from BAZARI.no.
12. Right of withdrawal
At BAZARI.no, you have, according to the Right of Cancellation Act, a 14-day right of cancellation. To make use of this, you must contact us via the email at the bottom of this page within 14 days of receiving the item. We will then contact you regarding your case. Return shipping is paid by the customer. (as conditions and term of return).
If you cancel a purchase, you will be refunded the value of the goods at the time of purchase, after we have processed your return. We will contact you by e-mail when the case has been processed.
If you have paid by card, the amount will be refunded to the same card you used for the purchase. If you have paid with Vipps, the amount will be paid to the account the Vipps user is connected to
If you are going to return all or part of your order and have chosen invoice as the payment method, you can postpone the due date yourself free of charge at www.klarna.no. If this is not done, a reminder fee may apply before your return has been received and processed.
Payment charges are incurred by the customer. Klarna can be contacted on telephone 21 01 89 91 or by e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org .
We will update the invoice as soon as we have processed your return. If you have already paid your invoice, Klarna will contact you to get your account number so that they can arrange for repayment.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if:
The item is not in the same condition as when you received it. Ex. not in the same condition, broken seal, no tags, no smell.
Goods that can quickly deteriorate or become too old (food and dietary supplements with a shorter expiry date, etc.)
Intimate products (underwear, swimwear, socks and pantyhose). These can ONLY be returned if the item is unused.
13.Defects in the goods - the buyer's rights and deadline for complaints:
If there is a defect in the goods, the buyer must, within 14 days after the delivery should have been discovered, must notify the seller that he or she wants to claim the defect. The buyer has always complained in sufficient time if it happens within 14 days from the time the defect was discovered or should have been discovered. Complaints can be made no later than 14 days after the buyer took over the item.
If the item has a defect and this is not due to the buyer or circumstances on the buyer's side, the buyer may, in accordance with the rules in the Consumer Purchase Act, chapter 6, depending on the circumstances , withhold the purchase price , choose between rectification and redelivery , demand a price reduction , demand the contract terminated and/or demand compensation from the seller.
Complaints to the seller should be made in writing.
